One-stop Administration Services Office (Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap, SAMSAT) is public service institution which are colaborating between Police Department, Province Income Department, and PT Jasa Raharja (Persero).
The services are publishing vehicle number license (Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan, STNK) which related to local state’s income, trough vehicle tax (Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor, PKB), vehicle’s re-identification tax (Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor) and preventing traffic accident donation (Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan, SWDKLJJ).
